Welcome to the Geneva Chapter of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF Geneva).

The IAF is the world-wide association 'dedicated to growing facilitators and encouraging the use of group process methodologies.'

IAF Geneva was created to strengthen the network and skills of local facilitators through organising events and development opportunities in the Geneva area.

We support the purpose of the International Association of Facilitators by:

• Giving credibility to, and advancing the professionalism of group facilitation.
• Providing a network to foster interchange between professional practitioners in the field.
• Developing appropriate methodologies, models and tools that support the practice of exemplary participatory facilitation.
• Promoting international support and exchanges among professional facilitators.

We create a vibrant space where anyone with an interest in facilitation can meet to reflect, learn and share good practice knowledge, methods, processes and techniques, whilst promoting the IAF competencies and code of conduct.
